Message from the School Principal
Assumption Convent School proudly congratulates the Matric Class of 2025 on the successful completion of their National Senior Certificate examinations.
This cohort achieved a 100% pass rate, with a total of 106 distinctions awarded across subjects. In addition, 66% of learners achieved averages above 70%, reflecting strong and consistent academic performance across the group.
Their journey through the final year was shaped by the school themes of Bouncing Forward and Pilgrims of Hope, which were lived out in meaningful ways. The girls faced challenges with resilience, adapted when circumstances demanded it, and continued to move forward with determination, faith, and hope.
While their academic achievements are worthy of celebration, what stands out most is the growth of these young women into confident, grounded individuals. Their results reflect not only ability, but perseverance, commitment, and the support of a dedicated teaching staff and strong partnerships with families.
Assumption Convent School extends its sincere congratulations to the Class of 2025 and wishes them every blessing as they continue their journeys beyond school, carrying with them the values and spirit of a Catholic education.

Assumption Convent School - Academic Scholarship Application
Each year Assumption Convent School offers a limited number of Open Academic Scholarships to female students entering Grade 8. Assumption Convent School would like to offer current Grade 7 girls an opportunity to apply for this prestigious scholarship for 2027. Scholarships will be awarded to female students entering Grade 8, who excel academically. This scholarship is open to Grade 7 Assumption Convent School students as well.
