Methods of payment

Fees are payable over ten months Net 30 days - January to October.
Fees are payable via EFT, debit order, credit card and debit card.

5% if paid in full by the end of January of the current year
7.5% if paid in full by end of December of the current year for the following year

Annual Levies

Annual levy payments (per family) Grades 1 - 12

Capital Levy - payable by end of March of each year
Electricity & Security Levy - payable by end of April of each year

Annual School Education levy (Per Pupil) Grades 1 - 12

Primary School Education Levy - Includes Technology, outings and transport - payable by end of January each year
High School Education Levy - includes excursions, retreats, transport and printing fees - payable by end of January each year

Discount for early payment Grades 1 - 12 2025

5% discount on fees if paid in full by the end of January 2024
7.5% discount on fees if paid in full by the end of December of the current year for the following year
The discount for early payment refers to the school fees and not to the levies

Family discount for Grade 1 & 2 2025

0% for the 2nd child (The reduced school fees exceeds previous discount of 10%)
33% for the 3rd child
These discounts are only applicable for siblings simultaneously attending
